Qualifications

• Experienced in a customer facing role, working in a support capacity, as a consultant or in a
web design agency environment where you worked with clients
• Expert Intermediate HTML, JavaScript, CSS skills required (advanced background highly
desirable)
• 6 – 8 years proven experience in building and managing large, complex web sites and/or web
applications in a Professional Services organization, or in a Digital Sustaining Engineering
organization.
• Strong scripting language skills, ideally with multiple languages (e.g. ASP.Net/C#, PHP, JS)
• Good understanding of Information Architecture and related content management principles
• Working knowledge of web site related technologies, including web servers/hosting, Internet
protocols and other standards (e.g. FTP, SFTP, XML, etc.)
• Experience with integrating 3rd party solutions, (e.g. blog software, banner ad management,
analytics, site search, e-mail campaign management, and e-commerce solutions)
• Familiarity with basic content management system concepts (e.g. document workflow, creation
of input forms, as well as administration of groups, access control lists and permissions)
• Large company, web design firm, or other consulting experience a strong plus
• Customer support experience a strong plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven experience working in teams
